He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Thomas Boyd and Lois Purvis Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Hood Parks Boyd of Moultrie; and his children, Chad Eugene Hood (Kathy) of Delaware, Ohio, Lauraletta Ann Smith (Jerry Jr.) of Blairsville and Tracy Boyd Hartley (Brandon) of Moultrie. He is also survived by 4 brothers, 5 sisters, 11 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
