He is survived by: his parents, Dottie Goodman Clements and Allan Grady Clements III of Moultrie; his children, Ann Elyse Clements of Moultrie and Andrew Clements of Moultrie; his brother Neal Clements of Moultrie; and his niece Helen Clements of South Carolina. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other family members.
