She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Robert Sellers and Atha Matilda Purdue Sellers; her husband Edward J. Sheffield, Sr.; her children, Oscar Lynn Miller and Matrah Sue Willis; her siblings, Rev. James "Shot" Sellers, Haywood Sellers, H. D. Sellers, Wilma Newsome, Matrah Smith, Marie Sellers and Euphema Sellers; and her stepsiblings, Nadine Lamb, Sanford Davis and Lanford Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward J. "Joey" Sheffield, Jr. (Angie) of Moultrie and Fred Robert Sheffield of Moultrie; her grandchildren, Stephen Sheffield, Robbie Sheffield (Amber), Melissa Winker and Michael Sheffield (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Dylan Sheffield, Harley Sheffield, Devon Sheffield and Katelyn Sheffield; and her sisters, Nadine Bryant of Moultrie and Ellen Carlton of Albany.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, a graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Pinecrest Memory Gardens with the Rev. Rodney Nix officiating.
