He is survived by: his parent Kay Deariso Hall of Moultrie; his wife Laura Nell Thompson Hall of Moultrie; his children, Carl Chesley Hall of Moultrie and Leila Nell Hall of Moultrie; his brother Kevin Lee Hall (Jenee) of Bradenton, FL; his nieces and nephews, Sierra, Travis and Max; his parents-in-law, Sarah and Len Thompson of Moultrie; and his siblings-in-law, Joel Thompson of Midway, GA and Rachel Herndon (Paul) of Moultrie.
