He was predeceased by: his parent Mae Collins Thomas; and his wife Mary Leila Sullivan Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Deana Radcliff (Tim) of Moultrie, Chris Kudela (Nancy) of Moultrie, Kent Kudela (Rhonda) of Moultrie and Steven Kudela (Ginger) of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Shanae Bartlett (Courtland), Geoffrey Kudela (Bonnie), Whitney Parsons (Rick), Emily Thomas-Kudela, Tabatha Brooks (Tyler), Seth Thomas Kudela, Hayden Kudela (Rebecca), Dr. Hana Barrow (Steven), Ryan Golden and Lexie Williams (Ray); and his sister Betty Shiflett of Moultrie. He is also survived by special friends and numerous other family members.
