It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn J. Alderman of Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ansel Parrish Tucker and Clara Belle Smith Tucker; her husband James Ward Alderman; and her daughters, Julie Carol Thomas and Rhonda Joyce Godfrey.
She is survived by: her son James Ward Alderman, Jr. of Moultrie; her grandchildren, Casey Fowler, Christopher Godfrey, Trey Alderman (Renee), Ansley Alderman Glisson (Jonathan), Preston Alderman and McKenzie White; her great grandchildren, Savannah Alderman, Aaliyah Alderman, Kaden Godfrey, Avriana Scott and Carter Alderman; her brother Jim Tucker (Gloria) of Rome; and her son-in-law Robert Thomas of Moultrie.
