He was predeceased by: his father Woodrow Rogers. He is survived by: his mother Guynell Rowland Rogers of Moultrie; his partner Tisha Daniels Rogers of Moultrie; his sons, Carl Woodrow Rogers II of Moultrie, Matthew Damien Rogers of Moultrie and Sevin LaRay Rogers of Moultrie; and his siblings, Sam Rogers (Utahna) of Moultrie, Jimmy Rogers (Lynn) of Moultrie, Curtis Rogers (Vickie) of Moultrie, Janice Warnell of Moultrie, Debbie Suber (Hal) of Moultrie and Emma Biggers (Ken) of Moultrie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
