She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Hart and Evie Cooper Hart; her nephew Michael Pittman; and her parents-in-law, Hazel and Bobby Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Rudene Thompson of Moultrie; her children, Jodi Thompson Pridgen (Jacob) of Fitzgerald and Will Thompson (Amanda) of Leesburg; her siblings, Ed Hart (Joan) of Pavo, Laverne Folds Sapp (Jason) of Norman Park, Lanelle Schramm (Glen) of Valdosta, Debbie Pittman (Steve) of Moultrie and Robin Hester (James) of Pavo; her sister-in-law Diantha Hart of Douglas; her grandchildren, Judd Pridgen, Jaci Pridgen, Wesley Thompson, Bradley Thompson, Reed Turner and Cory Morris; and her siblings-in-law, Lawana Garren (Ernie), Pam Sanders (David) and Cleve Thompson (Donna Lynn).
