She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Freeman and Claudia Tucker Freeman; her son Kerry Rene Powell; and her brothers, Kenneth Freeman, Bill Freeman and Ronald Freeman.
She is survived by: her husband Delton Lee Powell Jr. of Scooterville; her children, Fran Tillman (Eric), Ricky Powell (Rose), Lynn Sikes (Ricky) and Dell Powell (Allison); her grandchildren, Brandon Tillman (Jackie), Robby Powell, Justin Powell (Ashlie), Stacey Tillman (Cara), Casey Sikes (Alannah), Misty Moon (Donnie), Brittany English (Caleb), Austin Sikes, Ella Powell and Wilson Powell; her great grandchildren, Brently, Wyatt Tillman, Haley, Brandon Tillman Jr., Levi, Julie Rose, Mackenzie Moon, Bodie Powell and Anslie Sikes; her sister Patricia McCoy; and her siblings-in-law, Jackie Powell (Faye), Betty Mallard (Charles) and Myrtle Thornton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
