It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Alice McLendon (Moultrie, Georgia), who passed away on May 14, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Warner McLendon and Gladys Duffell McLendon; and her sister Ann McLendon. She is survived by: her sister Carol King (Tommy) of LaGrange, GA; her nephews, Jason Armstrong (Karen) of Pine Mountain, GA and Chris Armstrong of Pine Mountain, GA; and her great-nieces, Claire Armstrong and Ava Armstrong.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, a graveside service will be held Sunday, May 17, 2020 at Funston Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Shiver officiating.
