She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl McDaris and Ethel Seabolt McDaris; her husband Frederick R. Barrett; and her son Charles Raymond Barrett. She is survived by: her children, Jeff, Amanda Barrett of Mineral Bluff, Beverly and Greg Rogers of Blue Ridge; her grandchildren, Alicia Rose, Jade Underwood and Travis Barrett; her great grandchildren, Kennedi Rose and Abigail Rose; her siblings, David McDaris, Wade McDaris, Cora Stewart, Jeannette Head and Evalee Bowers; and her close friend Laura Vesely.
