He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Collins; his children, Kevin Collins, Tommy Payne (Lisa), Sherry Greene (Paul) and Angie Ledford (Michael); his brother Bill Collins (Vivian); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Richards Collins and Darlene Bradburn Collins; and his grandchildren, Josh Ledford, Ashley Ridings, Kaycie Loudermilk, Savada Brooke Collins, Saidee Rose Collins, Chris Payne, Julie Payne Rush and Makayla Payne. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
