She was predeceased by: her parents, Bounsy Phomlavan and Pio Phomlavan; and her husband Levi Flournoy. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Vongdasy of Moreland; her son-in-law Dave Williams; her son Timothy; her daughter-in-law Kayla Flournoy of Luthersville; her grandchildren, Mayson Williams, Haylo Williams, Sydney Flournoy and Bodhi Flournoy; and her siblings, Somphon Phomlavan, Ann Phomlavan, Noy Wu, Claire Lavan, Lanoi Phomlavan, Vieng Phomlavan, Chun Phomlavan and Ounla Phomlavan. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
