With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Young Kirkland of Moreland, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on July 23, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Glenn Young and Lessie Johnson Young; and her husband Innis Jefferson Kirkland. She is survived by: her children, I. Jefferson Kirkland, Jr. of Moreland and Fran Childree of Gay; and her granddaughter Lori.
