It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathryn Duke of Moreland, Georgia, born in Sand Rock, Alabama, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Butler and Lena Mae Parker Butler; her husband Gerald Henry Duke; and her brother Aubrey Butler. She is survived by: her children, Bruce, Barbara and Terri; and her grandchildren, Steven, Brandie, Michael, Nathan, Natalie and Michelle Kennedy. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
