He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Howard; his children, Angela Michelle Powell (Marc Clater), Scarlet Kay Moore (Christopher Bryan), Chelsea Teresa Wray (Jordan Blake), Brandon Corey Powell, Andrew Jacob Powell and Sean Nicholas Powell; his grandchildren, Alexis Cheyanne Gentry, Hayden Lee Gentry and Dax Lee Gentry; his great grandchild Bentley Cash Powell; and his siblings, Barbara Holt, Teresa Madden (Caroll), Pam Perkins (Kenneth), Roger Bradberry (Patricia) and Scott Howard. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
