He is survived by: his sisters, Christine Mitchell of Young Harris and Donna Flowers of Blairsville; his nephews, James Mitchell (Crystal) of Moreland, Craig Mitchell of Moreland and Jamie Mitchell of Moreland; his niece Sharon Norris (Bobby) of Blairsville; and his great-nieces, Sandy Hancock and Sarah Elam. He is also survived by 3 great-great-nieces and 2 great-great-nephews.
