He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Bowen Sibley and Winston Hall Sibley; his brother John Adams Sibley; and his pet Husbandry. He is survived by: his children, Lynne Garrard Phillips (Terry) and Wes Garrard (Ann); his grandchildren, Gracie L. Strickland (Andrew), Ashely T. Garrard and Tyler Garrard; and his close friend John Mosley. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to GMC Foundation or First United Methodist Church in memory of Winston H. Sibley.
