He is survived by: his son Willie James (Sametris); his sisters, Susie Mae Russell, Jurley Russell, Denise Russell, Sadie Roberson and Nancy Stewart (Daniel); his aunts and uncles, Owen Russell, Claxton Russell, Dorothy Robinson and Thelma Russell; his great-niece Angela Russell; his great-nephew Antonio Reeves, Sr.; his sister-in-law Joann Russell; and his friend Ada Lewis. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, cousins, and friends.
