She is survived by: her sons, Charles Purvis, Jr. (Candy) and Greg Purvis (JJ); her siblings, Richard "Bunk" Bloodworth, Billy Bloodworth and Carolyn Rister; and her grandchildren, Reed Purvis, Liam Purvis, India Purvis, Emily Townsend and Hannah Townsend.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions to Lakeside Baptist Church.
