He is survived by: his wife Debra Pressley Kitchens of Milledgeville; his children, Kayla Kitchens (Dalton) of Milledgeville and Zackary Kitchens of Haddock; and his sisters, Nikki Bryant (James) and Danielle Dunn (Woody) of Gordon. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; mother.

The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, that friends make memorial donations to assist with expenses.
