He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edgar Bloodworth and Nannie Sue Johnson Bloodworth; his stepmother Essie Lane Bloodworth; his wife Madeline Bloodworth; and his siblings, Catherine Grimes, Marjorie Jones, Louise Gremli, Otis Bloodworth, Sydney Bloodworth, Raymond Bloodworth and Mary Hitchcock.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Bloodworth Wilkinson (Butch) of Milledgeville, Lynn Bloodworth Dickerson (Jimmy) of Tiger and William Jeffrey Bloodworth (Vickey) of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Jay Eady, Josh Eady (London), Erin Sciukas (Vinnie), Jessica Smith (Tripp), Hilary Lancaster (Stuart), Tabi Strickland (Bill) and Brittney Miller; his great grandchildren, Sutton, Briggs, Banks Eady, Hogan, Sophie Sciukas, Leighton, Baylor Lancaster, Harper, Jett, Sawyer Smith, Ella, Hal, Charlie Strickland and Alexis Massey; his siblings, Linda Tanner of Milledgeville and Gaither Lane of Warner Robins; and also Melanie Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
