He was predeceased by: his great grandchild ShaWanta Mearidy; his daughter Henrietta Tucker Jordan; his grandchildren, Talesia Tucker and Justin G. Warthen; and his siblings, Elton "Duke" Tucker, Ed (Rivers), Bernice T. May and Lillie Jane Ladson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sophie, Naomi and Jacqueline; his grandson Christopher Edwards; his friends, Otis "Bubba" Braddy, Arthur, Pete Marion and Through; his children, Sophia Lundy (Charlie), Gary Tucker, Sr., Norma Wiley (Donald), Henry Lee Tucker and Jacquelin Tucker; and his siblings, Mary Nell Jones, Cynthia Erwin and Tommie Tucker. He is also survived by grandchildren; thirty nine (39) great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
