She is survived by: her son Joseph Thomas Jr. of Milledgeville, GA; her grandchildren, Bruce, Maurice of Decatur, GA, Godwin Thomas (Kofi) of McDonough, GA, Jasmine of Decatur, GA, Bizuwerk and Kalkidan of McDonough, GA; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Rice of Chicago, IL, Clarence Adams of Jackson, MS, Charles Adams of Chicago, IL and Nelson Dyson, Sr. of Natchez, MS. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
