He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Wilson Guy and Izona Beasley Guy. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Shurley Guy of Milledgeville; his daughters, Christy Lewis of Gray and Gaynie Gee "GeGee" Arnold (Mike) of Milledgeville; his grandsons, Colby A. "Rambo" Lewis of Gray and Milton G. Arnold of Milledgeville; and his sister Gail G. Norris (W. F.) of Warrenton.
