He was predeceased by: his grandfather Cecil Ingram. He is survived by: his parents, Margie Shumate of Flowery Branch and Patrick Shumate (Pamela) of Milledgeville; his children, Jonathon, Parker Lee Shumate and Mason Charles Shumate; his siblings, Jessica Lynn Bramlett (Steven Richards) of Ellijay and Sgt. Patrick Lee Shumate, Jr. (Tricia) of Ft. Riley; his stepsisters, Abbi Hradecky of Colorado, Chelsea Waters, Mallory Waters and Jade Waters of Milledgeville; and his grandmothers, Drew Shumate and Johnnie Hadden.
