She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ford Parkin and Charlotte Rose Kressin Parkin. She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Parker; her son James Ford Parker of Milledgeville; and her pet Pooh.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.
