He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Allen Wagner and Lillian Beatrice Wagner; and his brothers, Wayne Wagner and Haven Arthur "Rusty" Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Branan Wagner; his children, Lisa Barbour (John) of Porterdale, Laura Bryan (Jerome) of Milledgeville and David Wagner of Milledgeville; his sister Pam W. Childers (Foxie) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Shelby Brantley and Dawn Bryan; his great grandchildren, Colton Brantley and Chloe Lockhart; and his pet River.
