She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Hess and Lillie Mae Cruey Hess; her husband Stafford Franklin Patrick; and her grandson Chad Patrick. She is survived by: her sons, Frank Patrick (Trish), Fred Patrick, Dennis Patrick (Christine) and Darrell Patrick (Kathy); and her sister Nancy Horton of Middle, GA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren 6 great great grandchildren.
