She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Hendrix; and her son James Teague. She is survived by: her aunt Kate; her uncle Hoyt Dooley; her son Ed; her daughter-in-law Donna Hendrix; her grandchildren, Casey Hendrix, Jessica (Ben Arnette), Chad, Tara and Shannon Teague; her great grandchildren, Adriana, Jay, Blake, Lexi, Katelyn and Aiden; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Teague; and also Judy.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to LifePath Hospice.
