He is survived by: his grandfather Buddy; his mother Lori Tankersley; his stepfather Stephen Tankersley of Statesboro; his father Marty Griffin; his stepmother Sheila Griffin of Haddock; his siblings, Carly Campbell of Statesboro, Colby of Milledgeville, Jaydon of Milledgeville, Riley Griffin of Milledgeville, Rachel, Steele Tankersley of Savannah and Hunter Brett of Milledgeville; his aunts and uncles, Dena (Chris Colson), Leslie Madden of Milledgeville, Anthony (Caroline Madden), Angie (Mark Branstrom) and Summer Elson of Eatonton; and his grandparents, Sharon Madden of Statesboro, Bobby and Ruby Griffin of Milledgeville.
