He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford John Budge and Ada Foster Budge (Saundra Forrester Budge); and his daughter Lynn Budge. He is survived by: his children, Kerie Carpio of Milledgeville and Craig Budge of Texas; his children-in-law, John Collins of Indiana and Tracy Richardson of California; and his grandchildren, Sara Collins of Indiana, Kelli Collins of Indiana, Sgt. Cesar Carpio (Estefani) of Texas, Sgt. Justin Carpio (Katlyn) of Milledgeville, Jason Carpio of Milledgeville, Reagan Coney of Milledgeville, Alysha Castro (David) of California and Dalton Schunenan of California. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
