He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Thomas Moody, Sr. and Jennie Irene Smith Moody; and his siblings, Duck Moody, Cotton Moody, Berry Moody, John Moody, Richard Moody and Jacquelyn M. Lindberg.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patsy" Moody; and his children, Jennie M. Keys (Chris) of Macon and Neal C. Moody of Macon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
