She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Bee Dominy and Rosa Lee Martin Dominy; her husband Cleon B Eubanks; and her siblings, James Dominy, Alton Dominy, Jr., Florence Brewer, Rosa Mae Sapp, Cecil Dominy, Bobby Dominy, Gene Dominy and Melba Hooks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Dunnam (Tom) of Milledgeville and Tricia Alford (Michael) of Macon; her siblings, Elaine Chapman (Neal) of Kathleen, Herbert Irvin Dominy (Sandy) of Acworth and Edwin Dominy (Jan) of Milledgeville; and her grandchildren, Joy Walter (Mikey), Caleb Dunnam (Rebekah), Daniel Dunnam (Morgan), Candice Emerson (Justin), Blane Dunnam (Mercy), Taylor Alford (Nicole), Megan Terrebrood (Henry) and Jessica Alford. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
