She was predeceased by: her husband Charles V. Gazaway; her son David Gazaway; her parents, Jerry Sheppard and Mattie Sheppard; and her siblings, Harlin Sheppard, Deltie Sheppard, Marlene Moon, Wayne Sheppard and Jerry Sheppard.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Gamblin (David), Dana Gazaway (Wendy), Douglas Gazaway (Vicki), Dawn Groves (Del) and Dianne Martin (Chuck); her daughter-in-law Kathy Gazaway; and her siblings, Travis Sheppard, Kenneth Sheppard, Dianne Sego and Elaine Clark. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
