He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Leigh Belew; his children, Holly Marie Jules (Kevin) of Villa Rica, Elizabeth Kay Clark (Jonathan) of Douglasville and Samuel Joseph Belew (Jaqueline) of Mableton; his grandchildren, Olivia Leigh Clark, Jennifer Holly Clark, Edith Scarlett Clark and Benjamin Stuart Myers; and his siblings, Sam Belew of Whitesburg and Jan Chastain.
