He is survived by: his wife Shelby Spivey of Mableton; his daughter Michelle Reedy (Bobby) of Woodstock; his siblings, Ray Spivey (Barbara) of Mableton, Danny Spivey of Griffin and Laura Smarr of Nashville, TN; his brother-in-law Gary Vaughn of Cumming; his grandchildren, Jamey Reedy (Fatima), Missy and Jonathan Reedy; and his great grandchild Ari. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
