He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Carr Jr. and Pauline Carr. He is survived by: his son Chris Carr; his siblings, Darlene Carr, Daryl Brooks, Shelia Eberage, Randy Carr, Michael Carr and Stacey Carr; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Carr, James Carr, Daniel Carr, Ryan Simpson, John Morgan Simpson, Wade Simpson, Angel Carr, Nicole Simpson and Anna Simpson.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
