It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Glenn Underwood Sr. (Mableton, Georgia), who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Jo Underwood (Clevenger); his daughter Sandra Lea Underwood; his son-in-law Stephen Michael Smith; his grandson Alex Michael Underwood; and his parents, Fredrick W. Underwood and Cecilia Vaughn Underwood.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Underwood Jr. and Rhonda Smith; his sister-in-law Martha McBride of Evansville; and his siblings, Robert, Douglas Underwood, Madelyn Cox, Hazel Valine and Freida Willey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
