He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Lynn Reed; and his parents, William H. Reed, Jr. and Caroline Mason Reed. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Reed; and his sisters, Anne Reed Henson and Dorothy Aubrey Reed.
