It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine H. Ballard of Loganville, Georgia, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Blanche Hazelrigs; and her siblings, Robert, Dan Hazelrigs, Faye Britt and Helen Walker.

She is survived by: her children, Ricky Ballard (Angie), Keith Ballard (Jeri), Kathy Croxton (Bob) and Cindy Reagin (Richard); and her husband Reginald Ballard. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
