He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry Lee Conners (Dean); and his parents, Samuel Conners and Ruby Sharpton Conners. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Derek Conners, Jr. of Woodstock, GA, Annette, Robert Miller of Loganville, GA, Brian Conners of Walnut Grove, GA and Sandy Scruggs of Loganville, GA; and his grandchildren, Heather, Randy, Breanna, Madison, Alex, Destiny, Adam Blake and Drew. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
