She was predeceased by: her parents, Esperanza Guzman and Cecilio Pagan. She is survived by: her husband James Diaz; her sons, Christopher Diaz, Jeff James and Jesse James; and her grandchildren, Cynthia, Michael, Keith, Krista, Samuel and Kaitlin.
