She was predeceased by: her parents, James Andrews of Washington and Lois Dicey Andrews; her husband Walter Raymond Sark; her brother Donnie Andrews; and her son-in-law Paul Major.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Sark (Lisa), Terry Clare Sark (Annelle), Walter Kevin Sark (Vicki) and Debbie Major; her grandchild Eighteen; and her brother Reggie Andrews (Judy).
