It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Garrett Yates of Lizella, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Layton Garrett and Vivian Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Duane Yates of Lizella Georgia; her children, Ashley Boothe (Tasha) of Lizella and Michele N. Boothe (Kira Rich) of Woodstock, Georgia; her stepchildren, Gene Yates of Florida and Terry Yates of Georgia; her grandchildren, Tori Boothe, Ashton Boothe, Brycen Lane and Breyden Lane; her great grandchild Asher Joyner; and her sister Sandra Fullman Merritt of Macon, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
