He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Frances Avery Crook; and his children, Dell Crook and April Crook. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Faircloth (David Faircloth); his grandchildren, Hunter Faircloth and Madisyn Faircloth; and his siblings, Jimmy Crook and Natalie Crook.
