He was predeceased by: his parent Kelse J. Fitzpatrick; and his brother Leroy Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his parent Laverne Butler Fitzpatrick; his wife Sue Fitzpatrick; his children, Paula Fuller (Ricky), Kenneth Blalock, DeWayne Fitzpatrick and Jerry Fitzpatrick; his sisters, Barbara Freeman and Connie Cruse; his grandchildren, Ricky Fuller Jr., Eric Fuller, Katie Ryles, Vince Blalock, Josh Blalock and Hank Bryant; and his great grandchildren, Alex Bateman, Richie Ryles and Emmalee Ryles.
