He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Lee Smith and Dorothy Sullivan Smith. He is survived by: his sister Eleanor Smith Reeves; his grandchildren, Mandey Collins (Jeffrey), Jason Conger and Jamie Killingsworth (David); and his great grandchildren, Abby, Laura, Alyssa, Jackson and Jonah.
