He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Square" and Louise. He is survived by: his wife Susan Denise Ussery; his siblings, Neil, James "Pushroot" and Patricia "Susie"; his sisters-in-law, Sherry Wohner (Randy) and Sherry Ussery; his grandchildren, Sky'lar (Kolbi), Riley (Carleigh), Tobey (Shianne) and Daniel "Bryce"; and his great grandchildren, Makenzie, Kaidence, Kayden, Novalynn "Bug" and Kash.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks instead a donation be made to a homeless shelter or children's hospital of your choice.
