He was predeceased by: his father Ottis Hand; and his granddaughter Brittany Hand. He is survived by: his wife Anne Hand; his children, Tommy W. Hand (Jessica) of Norman, OK, Amber Gorman (Wayne) of Midwest City, OK, Jessica Strain (Eric) of Dacula, GA and Jake Hand (Nicole) of Braselton, GA; his mother Edna Hand of Oklahoma City, OK; and his brother Tommy Hand (Janet) of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the organization FODAC- Friends of Disabled Adults and Children, which exists to glorify God by enhancing the quality of life for those who are mobility-impaired due to any physical disability, illness, or injury.
